Art Werger (1955- )

Art Werger received his BFA from Rhode Island School of Design in 1978, and his MFA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1982. For eighteen years, Werger was the Chairman of the Fine Arts at Wesleyan College in Macon, GA,  before moving in 2000 to the University of Ohio, Athens, to head the printmaking department. Werger's prints are included in the permanent collections of:

Werger has shown works internationally in Poland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Germany, and Norway.
